Why eWaste Omaha?

We believe in protecting our community and the planet by responsibly processing electronic waste. When electronics are improperly discarded, they often end up in landfills where hazardous materials such as lead, mercury, and cadmium can leach into the soil and water supply. Our process helps keep devices out of the landfill and given a second life.

Partnering with eWaste Omaha gives an opportunity to:

  • Stay compliant with federal, state, and local regulations around e-waste disposal.

  • Protect sensitive data by ensuring secure destruction of hard drives and storage devices.

  • Demonstrate sustainability by showing customers that environmental responsibility is a priority.

How eWaste Omaha Works

COLLECT – Our team safely removes equipment from your premises.

EVALUATE – Each item is evaluated and we determine which equipment can be reused, refurbished, or needs to be recycled.

RECYCLE – Devices that have reached end of their life are responsibly dismantled and processed.

REFURBISH – Newer electronics are given a second life through our refurbishing program.

RESELL – Select refurbished items are offered through our resale channels, providing affordable technology while reducing waste. Resell enables eWaste Omaha to keep our pickups free and fees affordable.
